Clinics / Offices

The American Samoa WIC Program has one main clinic in Utulei, one satellite clinic in Pavai’ai  and two satellite clinics in the Manu’a islands of Tau and Ofu. The two offices on the Manu’a islands are located in Tau and Ofu. The Tau office serves the villages of Faleasao, Fitiuta and Tau. The Ofu office serves the villages of Ofu and Olosega.

The Main Clinic is located in Utulei and serves the villages of: Afono, Alao, Alega, Alofau, Amaua, Amouli, Atuu, Aoa, Aua, Auasi, Aunu’u, Auto, Avaio, Faga’alu, Faga’itua, Fagasa, Faganeanea, Fagatogo, Faleniu, Fatumafuti, Laulii, Leloaloa, Lepua, Malaeimi, Mapusaga, Matu’u, Masausi, Masefau, Nu’uuli, Pago Pago, Satala, Sa’ilele, Tula,  Utulei, Utumea, Eastern , Vatia and Tafuna . AS WIC participants can be served at Utulei or Pavaiai Clinic. Walk-Ins are welcome.

Pava’ia’i Satellite Clinic – Closure Notice:

 Ofu and Olosega, Manu’a Satellite Clinic:

Ofu/Olosega Clinic in Manu’a is located inside the Executive Office Building on the first floor and serves the villages of Ofu and Olosega. Walk-Ins are welcome.

Fitiuta Clinic in Manu’a has been relocated next to the CCCAS church and across from the Matasaua Elementary School. Walk-Ins are welcome.
