Clinics / Offices

The American Samoa WIC Program has one main clinic in Utulei, one satellite clinic in Pava’ia’i, and two satellite clinics in the Manu’a Islands, located in Tau and Ofu.

The Tau office serves the villages of Faleasao, Fitiuta, and Tau. The Ofu office serves the villages of Ofu and Olosega.

The main clinic is located in Utulei and serves the villages of Afono, Alao, Alega, Alofau, Amaua, Amouli, Atuu, Aoa, Aua, Auasi, Aunu’u, Auto, Avaio, Faga’alu, Faga’itua, Fagasa, Faganeanea, Fagatogo, Faleniu, Fatumafuti, Laulii, Leloaloa, Lepua, Malaeimi, Mapusaga, Matu’u, Masausi, Masefau, Nu’uuli, Pago Pago, Satala, Sa’ilele, Tula, Utulei, Utumea Eastern, Vatia, and Tafuna.

AS WIC participants may be served at either the Utulei Clinic or the Pava’ia’i Clinic. Walk-ins are welcome.

Ofu and Olosega, Manu’a Satellite Clinic

The Ofu and Olosega Clinic is located on the first floor of the Executive Office Building in Manu’a and serves the villages of Ofu and Olosega. Walk-ins are welcome.

The Fitiuta Clinic in Manu’a has been relocated next to the CCCAS church and across from Matasaua Elementary School. Walk-ins are welcome.
